杭州亞運男子跳高資格賽，港隊祈尊康跳岀個人最佳成績2米10，無緣決賽。祈尊康在頭2次試跳失敗，到第三跳成功；他之後挑戰2米15，3跳都失敗。由於同樣跳出2米10的巴基斯坦選手，在第二次試跳已經成功，取得決賽最後一席，祈尊康在資格賽止步。
田徑男子4x100米初賽，港隊因接棒超出接棒區被取消資格。國家隊組合在同一小組做出38秒62，是賽季最好紀錄，首名晉級決賽。
